The following "Terms and Conditions" is written in English. All Users agree and understand that the English version is the official "Terms and Conditions" over any translated version.

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

The User must fall under the following 4 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

C) L'utente deve comprendere che il Negozio non è collegato a Nintendo e/o al gioco 'Mario Kart'.

L'utente deve rispettare tutte le leggi e i regolamenti del traffico locali. L'utente deve avere una patente di guida valida o un permesso per guidare in Giappone e deve portarla sempre con sé. L'utente deve avere sufficienti competenze di guida per guidare il kart.

In Giappone, per legge è responsabilità dell'utente assicurarsi che il kart sia operativo senza disfunzioni che violino le leggi del traffico locali. (Esempio: indicatori laterali, fari, luci posteriori, luci dei freni, freni, accelerazione)
In Japan, by law it is the Users responsibility to make sure the kart is operable with no dysfunctions that violates any local traffic laws. (Example:Side Signal Light, Headlights, Taillights, Break lights, brakes, acceleration)

Each User will be responsible for any traffic violations. The Shop or tour guide will not be liable for any fine or fees incurred by the violation.

The Shop may charge any unresolved fines or fees incurred by the User regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.
In caso di incidente stradale, l'utente accetta di non entrare in un accordo con la parte avversa senza il consenso del Negozio. Il Negozio non sarà responsabile per alcun accordo di transazione non consensuale tra l'utente e la parte avversa.
In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement with the opposing party without the Shop's consent. The Shop will not be liable for any unconsent settlement agreement between the User and the opposing party.
Tutti i Kart sono assicurati in caso di incidente. La copertura dell'assicurazione è limitata e regolamentata. In caso di incidente, la compagnia assicurativa valuterà l'incidente. All Karts are insured incase of an accident. The coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a disclaimer of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluate the accident is a result for reckless driving, the User may be neglected of coverage.

The User is responsible of any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual damages. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow clause 9. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

The User agrees that they are not a member of a criminal organization nor is participating in a criminal activity.

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless specified by the Shop or tour guide.
I kart, quando sono noleggiati, non devono essere utilizzati commercialmente (servizio di corriere, pubblicità) a meno che non sia concesso dal Negozio.
The karts, when rented shall not be permitted to use commercially (courier service, advertisement) unless granted by the Shop.
Per quanto riguarda i clienti del tour, gli utenti non saranno responsabili del riempimento dei serbatoi dopo che il tour è terminato. Per quanto riguarda i noleggi freelance, eccetto per la manutenzione necessaria, l'utente non deve modificare il Veicolo, come attaccare adesivi o installare dispositivi, senza il consenso del Negozio. Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. Regarding freelance rentals, except for necessary maintenance, the User must not modify the Vehicle, etc., such as by attaching stickers or installing devices, etc., without the Shop's consent. Furthermore, the Vehicle, etc. must be returned in its original condition and the User must refill its fuel tank before returning it. If the User does not return the Vehicle with a full tank, they must pay the fee prescribed by the Shop.
Per quanto riguarda i clienti del tour, questa clausola non si applica. Per quanto riguarda i noleggi freelance, l'utente si impegna a restituire il Veicolo nel luogo e nel tempo prescritti dal Negozio. Regarding tour customers, this clause does not apply. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at the place and time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait, and publicity rights related to photographs related to the usage of the karts and services provided.
Se l'utente viola questi Termini e Condizioni, l'utente riconosce di risarcire qualsiasi rivendicazione fatta dal Negozio riguardo a danni o penalità per violazione.
If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges compensating any claims made by the Shop regarding damages or violation penalties.
L'utente comprende che il Negozio e la guida turistica hanno il diritto e l'autorità di sospendere un singolo utente dalla guida di un kart a seconda dei rischi per la sicurezza (guida spericolata, non rispetto delle regole del tour, ecc.). The User understands that the Shop and Tour guide has the right and authority to suspend a individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks (reckless driving, not complying to tour rules, etc.). The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.
Il Negozio non sarà responsabile e/o liable per danni causati all'utente. Il Negozio ha il diritto di sospendere, cancellare e modificare il servizio fornito all'utente.
The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable to any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.
L'utente non può raccogliere dati, informazioni e immagini in relazione a qualsiasi distribuzione mediatica. L'utente non può raccogliere dati senza il permesso del Negozio.
The User may not collect data, information, and images in relation to any media distribution. The User cannot collect data without the permission of the Shop.
L'utente comprende che i Termini e Condizioni possono essere aggiornati senza avvisare o ottenere l'approvazione dell'utente.
The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.
